Hilldale Avenue Home Remodel
We love taking a home from dated to modern.
In my opinion, remodeling a home is one of the most exciting and challenging tasks people can take on.
This home transformation was no exception!
We first encountered this home sort of on accident.
We were out looking at another property we were considering purchasing, and happened to see this home on my real estate app.
It was on the market for four months and from the look of the images online, we knew it wasn't getting much attention.
As we pulled up we looked at each other and said,
"Oh, I don't know. Maybe it isn't even worth going in?"
Luckily we looked past the tragic exterior and braved it to take a look inside.
Immediately we started to see the potential of this property!
It was clear the home had been loved and lived in for a very long time-
it just needed a lot of updating to make it ready for it's next chapter with a new family.
If we are honest, nothing about this project was easy.
This remodel took us over a year of planning and hard work to complete.
This is no "flip", this was a labor of love!
We went above and beyond to add special details that highlighted the home's unique style and character.
